But we weren’t about to stop there. Not with AI moving this fast, and not when there was so much more NIKO could become.
So this time, we didn’t simply add another feature or two. We took everything NIKO already knew and rebuilt the engine underneath it, from the first line of code to the last.
The result? Faster answers, proper chat history, and steadier hands when it comes to real campaign work.

- Multiple chats with saved history: keep separate conversations for different campaigns and return to them whenever you need. Previously, NIKO supported only one conversation.
- Streaming responses: watch NIKO’s answer appear in real time. If your connection drops, the response resumes automatically.
- Response ratings: use 👍 or 👎 to tell us whether an answer was helpful.
- Automatic chat titles: NIKO names each conversation for you, making it easier to find later.
- Clear action confirmations: before making any change to a campaign, NIKO shows you a confirmation card with all the relevant parameters. Nothing happens until you approve it.
- Full Self-Serve Platform access: NIKO can work with the complete range of SSP features, rather than a limited set of tools.
- Built-in Knowledge Base: ask questions about the platform and get answers directly in the chat.
- MCP connector: connect your SSP account to external AI tools with a dedicated connector button.

Your Old Chats Are Safe
One thing to know before you dive in: conversations you had with the previous NIKO stay available in read-only mode, so you can always scroll back and copy anything you need.
New conversations will start fresh in NIKO AI 3.0, but your old chats aren’t going anywhere. It’s a fresh start, rather than a memory wipe.
