- Responsible for partnership management and strategic development of accounts, building relationships at all levels
- Negotiating legal contracts – business terms and conditions with premium publishers and advertisers
- Assist sales managers in solving complicated and disputable issues with their clients
- Cooperates with sales managers in collecting receivables
- Organization and analysis of ad campaigns lifecycle
- Managing and training team of account managers
- Native/Fluent English speaker
- Minimum 2+ years experience working as a Team Leader
- Previous experience in affiliate marketing preferred
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels
- Experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM system.
- Energetic and driven by nature, self-motivated, appetite for leadership and ownership
- Ability to work as part of a team
